Who We Are
Chabad Heart supports patients and families facing illness by bringing care, comfort, and connection into hospital settings. Rooted in Jewish values and tradition, our work focuses on practical help, emotional support, and human presence during some of life’s most difficult moments.
Through regular hospital visits, our volunteers and staff offer conversation, encouragement, and a listening ear, along with thoughtful gestures such as care packages, holiday support, and bedside programs. We also provide Jewish resources when requested, including prayer, ritual items, and spiritual guidance, always with sensitivity to each individual’s needs and background. Our goal is simple: to ensure that patients and families feel supported, remembered, and never alone.
